PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Oxford North is a 64-acre innovation district bringing together science and technology workspace, homes and public landscape. Phase 1 includes Fallaize Park and the central public realm. CORE supplied just over 1,500 linear metres of PRO EDGE aluminium edging through Maylim for path, planting and soft-landscape interfaces.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

The extensive public realm combines long straight interfaces with sweeping paths, lawns, meadow and densely planted beds. Edging had to deliver consistent alignment over significant distances, form accurate curves, withstand external conditions and remain discreet within the planting-led design.

THE SOLUTION:

Maylim installed CORE PRO EDGE to define paths and planting across the public realm. Profiles were aligned to the landscape geometry, joined into continuous runs and secured before adjoining surfaces were completed. The aluminium edge delivers
consistent lines across more than 1.5km while remaining discreet in the finished landscape.
