PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Sunray combines a restored village pub with 14 holiday cottages and landscaped grounds near Dorset’s Jurassic Coast. Longshore Developments and the Hunt family brought the destination back into use.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Create practical gravel parking for pub visitors and cottage guests, with a natural appearance that sits comfortably beside the buildings and landscaped grounds.
THE SOLUTION
CORE supplied 1,360m² of CORE COMMERCIAL through Jewson and Gibbs & Dandy for the gravel areas. The grid contains the stone, helping reduce movement and rutting under vehicles and foot traffic.
The natural gravel finish suits the cottages and planting while providing practical parking for pub visitors and overnight guests.
