PROJECT OVERVIEW
At Sussex Court in Harrogate, Caddick Construction installed CORE DRIVE for Linden Homes North to create gravel drives and access areas with a natural finish suitable for regular vehicle use.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Retain the appearance of loose gravel alongside stonework and planting, while limiting movement of the aggregate and providing stable access.
THE SOLUTION
The project used 4,600m² of CORE DRIVE. Laid over a prepared sub-base and filled with decorative aggregate, the cellular grids contain the stone to help resist rutting, spreading and migration.
The grid remains largely concealed beneath the gravel, allowing the surface to complement the homes and surrounding landscape.
