PROJECT OVERVIEW

Willingcott Valley’s timber-clad holiday homes sit within more than 100 acres near Woolacombe. The landscape needed stable paths and drives, reinforced grass and clear edges while retaining the character of its North Devon setting.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Keep gravel routes comfortable and stable, support vehicle use and retain a natural feel, with clear boundaries between paths, grass and planting.

Aerial view of the Weston Play Zone and its curved paths at IWM Duxford.

THE SOLUTION

CORE supplied the project through Jewson and Gibbs & Dandy: 290m² of CORE PATH PRO, 190m² of CORE DRIVE, 70m² of CORE GRASS and 440 linear metres of 65mm brown CORE EDGE HD XL.

Each product serves a different part of the landscape. Cellular grids retain gravel beneath feet and tyres, grass reinforcement supports green surfaces, and steel edging defines the transitions between materials.
