These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Golden Edging 2026 Promotion organised by CORE Landscape Products.

By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

Promotion runs during the following period:

Start Date: 23 March 2026 at 00:00 GMT
End Date: 30 April 2026 at 23:59 GMT Or until the golden edging is found. 

Claims must be submitted by:

Claim Deadline: 14 May 2026 at 23:59 GMT

Claims received after this deadline may not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Who Can Enter

This promotion is open to:

• Residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over
• Homeowners or trade customers purchasing CORE EDGE products for personal or professional use
• Customers purchasing CORE EDGE from participating UK stockists

3.2 Exclusions

The following are not eligible to enter:

• Employees of CORE Companies Ltd
• Immediate family members of employees
• Anyone professionally involved with this promotion
• Merchants, distributors, or resellers purchasing CORE EDGE for resale
• Anyone found to have tampered with or fraudulently obtained a golden edging

CORE Landscape Products reserves the right to disqualify entrants who breach these conditions.

4. How To Enter

4.1 Purchase Entry Method

To enter via purchase:

1. Purchase any CORE EDGE product from a participating UK stockist between 23 March and 30 April 2026
2. Check your order for a golden edging of CORE EDGE
3. Each golden edging contains a unique serial number
4. Visit:

1. Complete the claim form including:

• Serial number printed on the golden edging
• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Merchant or branch name
• Date of purchase
• Confirmation of acceptance of these Terms

Claims must be submitted before 14 May 2026.

4.2 Claim Verification

All claims are verified by CORE Landscape Products.

Verification may include:

• Checking serial numbers against a master register
• Confirming distribution records
• Requesting proof of purchase

Claims may be rejected if:

• The serial number is invalid
• The serial number has already been claimed
• Fraud or tampering is suspected

Valid claims will typically be confirmed within 5 working days.

5. Prizes

5.1 Prize Structure

5.2 Jackpot Prize

The Jackpot Prize consists of:

£1,500 Booking.com voucher

Conditions:

• Valid for 24 months
• Redeemable through Booking.com services
• Non-transferable
• No cash alternative

5.3 Runner-Up Prizes

Nine participants will each receive:

£100 Love2Shop voucher

Conditions:

• Valid for 12 months
• Redeemable at participating retailers
• Non-transferable
• No cash alternative

5.4 Branch Bonus

The branch team that sells the Jackpot golden edging will receive:

£250 Team Experience or Dining Voucher

Conditions:

• Intended for the branch team collectively
• Valid for 12 months
• Non-transferable
• No cash alternative

6. Winner Determination and Notification

6.1 Determination of Winners

Ten golden edgings have been randomly inserted into qualifying CORE EDGE stock.

Each golden edging contains a unique serial number recorded prior to the promotion.

A participant becomes a winner when:

• A genuine golden edging is found
• The serial number is registered
• The claim is successfully verified

6.2 Winner Notification

Winners will be notified within 5 working days of verification.

Winners must respond within 14 days.

Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6.3 Publication of Winners

To comply with prize promotion transparency requirements:

The following information may be published:

• Winner first name and last initial
• Merchant branch location

This information may appear on:

corelp.co.uk/goldenlength

Winners may also appear in marketing materials with their consent.

7. Prize Fulfilment

Prizes will normally be issued within 14 days of successful verification.

Delivery methods may include:

• Digital voucher delivery via email
• Physical vouchers sent via recorded delivery

CORE Landscape Products is not responsible for:

• Incorrect contact details supplied by entrants
• Lost or delayed vouchers after dispatch

8. Participating Stockists

Eligible purchases must be made through participating CORE Landscape Products stockists, including:

• Builders’ merchants
• Landscaping suppliers
• Trade counters
• Participating garden centres

Who stock and sell core edge as an official supplier of CORE EDGE.

9. Promotion Integrity

Golden edgings are genuine CORE EDGE products which have been painted gold for identification.

They remain functionally identical to standard CORE EDGE products.

The unique serial number printed on each golden edging is the only valid verification method.

10. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR.

Data will be used only for:

• Administering the promotion
• Verifying claims
• Delivering prizes

Participants may optionally opt in to marketing communications.

Marketing consent is not required to enter.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

CORE Landscape Products accepts no responsibility for:

• Technical issues preventing entry
• Loss or damage arising from participation
• Issues caused by third-party voucher providers

Participants are responsible for any insurance or arrangements related to prize use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

All decisions made by CORE Landscape Products are final.
